Ordering Your Merchandise
All product orders are based on the information supplied by Dream Shop at the time you place the order. Product is not shipped on approval, so it is important for you to carefully check the information you have selected before completing your order. We have made every effort to ensure the accuracy of information in our database, but we are not responsible for availability, pricing errors or omissions.

Your credit card is charged at the time of your order unless you are otherwise notified. Please check your shipping information before you order, since shipping address changes will not be allowed after the order is placed.

Product Availability
We commit to shipping products within 24 hours. On occasion, however, an order may be delayed due to product availability or other circumstances. In the unlikely event there is a change or delay in filling your order, we will notify you via phone, email and/or regular mail. We know that waiting for your order can be inconvenient, and we will offer you one of the following alternatives appropriate to your situation:

Offer an ALTERNATE selection of equal or greater value.

Offer a BACKORDER and new estimated delivery. You can wait for the new delivery date, or cancel for a full refund at any time prior to shipment.

CANCEL your order. We update our computer system with new information on a daily basis, however, on rare occasions new circumstances come to our attention after the placement of your order. Therefore, we reserve the right to cancel your order for a full refund at any time.

Shipping Information
The fully delivered price of your purchase includes all standard shipping charges. Product is shipped by registered airmail. Because your order is important to us, we will make every attempt to deliver your product as quickly as possible.

Return Information
If, within 7 days, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please do not remove wrapped. Your purchase is not able to refund if you remove wrapped. and we will refund you immediately we received product back. There are some exceptions you should note.

Merchandise Damaged in Delivery
For your protection, please do not sign for product until you inspect it for damage. We do make every effort to prevent shipping damage, but it can happen. In the event that damaged product is received, please notify us via email immediately for further instructions.

Defective Merchandise
Defective items are always changeable. If you receive a defective item, please have your order confirmation number available and contact us via email at

Canceling Your Order
You may cancel your order, for any reason, and receive a refund provided that your order has not been processed, or has not been shipped. Cancellation charge for 10% product price will be charged. If cancellation after product ship will be charged 20% of product price. The fee is collected by credit card company. The Customer Service Center can inform you as to the status of your order and advise you on whether the order may be canceled. If the product has already been processed or shipped and a cancellation is allowed, it will be your responsibility to pay all shipping and handling charges. Special Order, Haggle Zone and some Flea Market merchandise may not be canceled.

A..You can settle payment by Visa, MasterCard and Discovery. Our credit card payment system is secured with SSL encryption. To protect fraud, We do not accept order under "vanity" email such as "hotmail.com". Please use valid email from ISP or "yahoo.com" for payment.

Q..Why product prices are so economy ?
A..This product is Backup, which they have purpose for Installation, Maintenance, Upgrade and solving troubleshooting your computer. We collect the software which customer choose from software list and backup into one CD (make by order). The software are full version (not education version) which full working function like original and can upgrade (with us). They come with serial number and jewel case. Sorry no manual book and can not register.

Q..Who take care the shipping charge ?
A..Price of each product included shipping charge via registered airmail. Buyer will get the product within 10 days after payment is settled.

Q..What is replace policy?
A..We guarantees product quality with full functions. If there are any damage occurred by third parties such as carriers, shipping company, or others, please contact customer support unit and sent incomplete product back to us. Immediately we receipt incomplete product we will replace to buyer within 24 hours.
